Geofrey Twesigye

Geofrey Twesigye, He is a Ph.D Student in Data Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence at the African Center of Excellence in Data Science (ACE-DS) at the University of Rwanda and He is currently the Assistant lecturer at the School of Computing and Information Technology at the University of Kigali (UoK), He has almost 11 years of working in an academic setting, His professional in research experience has been a combination of decision-making as a lecturer and academic work, researcher and teaching researcher; He has published 3 papers in international journals and conferences. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, an MSc in IoT-embedded computing Systems (ECS), and Research expertise in Artificial Intelligence(AI), Internet of things(IoT), Fuzzy Logic, Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural language processing (NLP), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Arduino Uno(Microchip ATmega328P microcontroller), Hardware Description Languages (HDL), Verilog and VHDL, Python Programming Language, Introduction to ICT, System Analysis and Design, Software Engineering, Database Management System, Research Methodology, Java Programming, Operating Systems in IoT, Embedded Systems And Human Computer Interaction(HCI), Computer vision, Expert Systems and Prolog programming in AI and Robotics.
